Refund Window: All refund requests must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refunds.
When Refunds Are Available
We will issue refunds in the following situations:
Application Not as Described
If our automation platform is materially different from its description or preview, a full refund will be issued.
Platform Doesn't Work as Expected
If our automation features don't work as intended and cannot be easily fixed, we will provide a refund.
Security Vulnerabilities
If our platform contains unfixable security vulnerabilities, a refund will be issued immediately.
Support Not Provided
If we promise platform support and fail to provide it as per our support policy, refunds will be issued to affected customers.
When issues arise, we first attempt to resolve them through updates and fixes. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we will proceed with a full refund.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The automation platform matches the description and works as expected
- You change your mind after purchase
- You are unsatisfied with current features (that work as described)
- You lack sufficient technical expertise to use the platform
- You request a refund as a goodwill gesture without valid reason
- Issues arise from third-party API providers (WhatsApp, etc.)
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
- You have already received substantial value from our services
Our automation platform integrates with third-party services like WhatsApp Business API. Issues stemming from these external providers are not grounds for refunds, as they are beyond our direct control.
Discretionary Refunds
We reserve the right to issue discretionary refunds at our sole discretion, even in cases not explicitly covered by this policy.
When a discretionary refund is issued, access to our automation platform and all support services will be revoked immediately. This action is final and cannot be reversed.
